I have purchased two new FitBit One's, one as a gift.  Tried to charge and start mine and cannot turn it on no matter where I charge it or for how long.  I tried the second with the same result.  

I have tried the solution provided on the help site - plug it in and hold the button for 12 seconds, unplug it then try turning it on, without any success.

Has anyone had this problem before?  Any suggestions?

So frustrated Mine doesn't charge, much less turn on. Please help
