New Sleep graph

I don't like this "new & improved" display at all, and would like to be able to use the "old & lousy" one. Not only that, but it's inaccurate. My profile has me listed in the correct time zone, but when I checked it this morning it said my sleep stopped at 7:00 am. OK... what's the time right now? Uhhhh, 5:54 AM. I know I "clicked it off" a little after 5:00 AM. So.... what's the problem here? Not me.

Oh, and BTW... the forum displays on Firefox (v 52.0.2) are unusable - squished down and links not showing. With Chrome... OK. This is on Windows 10.

I'm really sorry but there is no way to go back to the old.

Are you referring to the Log Sleep form to the right of the This Week list of sleeps? If you click on today's date, it will give you the exact time for last night.

I noted that this morning as well. In my case I have a silent alarm set for 7 so the 7 a.m. was correct but I thought I had been to bed earlier than 11. When I clicked on today's date, I got the real results. I've also set my sleep zone for 11 - 7 (that was something I did through the Android App, not the web dashboard) and so I am wondering if fitbit has picked those as my default log sleep numbers.

BTW: LOL the forums have stopped working for me in Chrome (Win 7 64bit). I can see the overview page but when I click on a topic, I get the names of the posters and some other stuff but not the contents of their posts. I'm posting this in Firefox!

Not sure if this is progress (they are doing something to the website!) or just further degradation of the product.

Ha! In Firefox I cannot see your posting nor can I send you a message. In Safari I can. And I see that they removed the discussion Re: Sleep data changed now i cant see it as accurately why. The last time I looked at it yesterday afternoon it was at 19 screens and counting. I'm on the search for another activity tracker worn with a clip.

That Topic is still going.  As I type,  someone replied 48 seconds ago.  They should close it.  I'm sure Admin got the hint by now...... They should make one last statement and shut 'er down.  I unsubscribed to it because my inbox was filling up none stop.....

K< no way to go back. I don't like it but will live with it. However, the accuracy issue is still open. I did find how I can modify the sleep time and changed it to 5:32. BUT, the display STILL says I slept until 7:00 AM.  I suppose the whole thing is academic anyway, as it's never been accurate to begin with, being based on movement and not sleep. So,  you lay there and don't move, thus it thinks you're asleep. Not very scientific that, no? I guess a ballpark will have to do here as well.

I wholly agree with the old graphics being much better.  I could see when during the night I was doing what.  It is not always necessary to change things!

Greetings Fitbitters!

Thanks for joining us and for taking time out of your day to provide us with your feedback. Please believe me it's not going unnoticed. Change might be a difficult transition at the beginning and I definitely understand where you are coming from. This implementation, however, has been monitored closely and most requests were ultimately implemented, and our team has received the rest as feedback for future consideration.

I have found a very interesting and informative post by @MatthewFitbit answering the most common inquiries about the new sleep graph.

Also, I see that @KateheGreat has provided good info on how to check out your exact sleep time. check out her post here.

I'd also like to request everyone to keep the conversation productive and on topic. This is to make the forums a safe environment. Thanks guys for your patience and help on this!

Let me know if you have other inquiries, I'll be around!
