I purchased a new android phone, downloaded the Fitbit app, logged in but my one won’t sync. My details were all there when I logged in but can’t sync phone with One.

Have you checked that your new phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

download fitbit in your apps, then go to fitbit.com/setup. I've never switched out my phone but I have switched out my fitbit device for an upgrade.

@HappyGirl75 Welcome to the Fitbit family! If it is a supported device the best thing to do if it is not syncing is to follow these syncing troubleshooting steps for Android devices. That should definitely help you out with this.
