Try a restart

Go in on your phone and turn Bluetooth off

Shut phone down for a minute.

Go back in and on the Fitbit device tap the Icon that shows your Fitbit. Look for Sync now. Tap that and let it turn Bluetooth back on.

I'm having the same problem with my one on my Samsung galaxy phone. I tried the reset listed above but it still doesn't work. Had no problem prior to yesterday.

I had the same problem this week after updating the App.

In my case the solution was to reset/restart the Fitbit One
