Hi. Had my Fitbit for over a year with no issues at all. I went on the app last night and the screen display is completely black. Still the same this morning 😔
Is there anything I can do? Only thing I can think of is to delete app and reinstall - but I'm afraid this is going to lose all my saved data 😔
Any advice would be greatly received.
