fitbit one will not hold charge

i got my fit bit about 2 weeks or so a go as i sent my other through the wash and dryer (it did not like this). and in the last 4 days it will not hold charge for linger than 18hrs. this is very frustrating as i had nil issues with by other one. i have already turn off all day sync and always connected. reset the device and installed and reinstalled the app but nothing has fixed the problem i have also charged it though different devices including a computer tower.  any suggestions would be great i can not afford to get another one 😞

Have you cleaned the contacts?

If it doesn't help Contact support as you just bought it and its still in warranty
