No steps showing from yesterday

My battery died Friday so I only ended up with 46 steps. I charged it Friday night and used it yesterday. I noticed last night I had quite a few steps on my device but when I checked my app today I have no steps for yesterday. I did a restart and turned on and off Bluetooth but still showing 0. I do have steps for today on device and app.

I guess the steps are just gone from yesterday?

That’s really strange. Glad it wasn’t just me. Oops I didn’t mean to mark it as a solution.

@Minemouze @SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the experience you have had with your steps. Thanks for sharing all of those details and for restarting your tracker.

Did you synced your tracker accordingly? It is possible that it didn't synced so that is why the app was not showing the correct amount of steps. Then, the restart erased them (as it didn't synced). Could that be?

Your One shouldn't be taking any steps from you. Has this happened again?

I'd recommend manually logging an activity to recover the lost steps you had from those days. That way, you won't loose any data.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
