One Battery Not Charging

My Fitbit one shows low battery on App so i put it on charge all day when i take it off it still shows low battery? anyone know why please . im waiting for the new charge 3 to come in post so im stuck if this one is now broke.

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart

@Taz37 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing with your One's battery. Also, I'm glad you decided to get a Charge 3. I'm sure you will enjoy that tracker a lot.

 

Did you tried @WendyB's suggestions? Did that helped with the battery power?

 

Also, have you gotten your Charge 3 already? If so, please feel free to check the Charge 3 Board if you need any assistance or have any questions related to its usage.

no battery on the one is the same . shows full on the fitbit dashboard but
on the one shows on red. even after charging.
no i have not got my charge 3 yet im still waiting for update when its
being shipped as the stockist as not received it yet so is delayed .
Im hoping its not too much longer.

sorry it did not work . it shows full on dashboard but red on the one so not sure if its charged as i don't get a text or anything to say its low . think its bizarre. sometimes its the other way round i just think the thing as lost the plot ....... as there is no way to replace battery.

 

sadly my 3 came but is being returned. the pay app is not comp to any bank i use was only reason why i got it . think im going to forget Fitbit . thanks tho for help

I went ahead and created a case with customer support in your behalf. Keep an eye on your email inbox for next steps.

 

Also, it's unfortunate to read that your Charge 3 wasn't what you were expecting. You can always create a Feature Suggestion a ask for the banks you use to be added.
