No windows device to set up my Fitbit Onw

I can't set up my fit bit because I don't have access to a Windows computer. Is that really necessary?

Just download the Fitbit App for your phone from the Google Play store.  It syncs with your device.

I have already downloaded the app on my Android phone but when I try to add my device it tells me to " Connect your device to your computer and goto fitbit.com/setup "
So no go there. Also Ive tried to reset the One with no luck.Pretty horrible functionality all the way around.

have you checked that your phone is on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
