Not Able to Reply to a Thread

I am trying to reply to a message in this forum with the topic title of 'One Availability and Alternatives'. The last post  was July 14, 2018. There is a box to Vote on the various posts, but no Reply box. The moderator is listed as 'KateFitbit'. I see nothing that says the topic is closed.

How do I post a reply to a message on topic title 'One Availability and Alternatives'?

I'm not a Moderator

But if you look up in the Upper corner of the first post it is locked. Its hard to see as it is small.

But that's why you cant reply to it

I believe you, but I sure can't see anything. And sliding my mouse over the area  does not indicate anything either. See attached photo.

I'm sorry you cant see it. Maybe try to Search the Topic and see if it comes up that way

Or try a different browser.

That is really strange. When I do the search, the lock is there, just like you showed in your picture. But just sorting through the thread normally,  the very same post does not show the lock.

I had previously tried three different browsers, and none displayed the lock.

That is strange. I dont know if this will help but try and clear your cache
