Not Synced Fitbit 1 for a long time

I know it's my own fault, but I have not synced my Fitbit 1 since January, now I seem to have lost the facility to sync. Could someone please help. Thanks

Try restarting the one by holding down the button for arround 20 seconds

 

that or delete it from your acount and reinstall it back to your acount
