Not Syncing

in 4-21-17 my unit stopped synching to phone and laptop. Has there been any updates? Hope it is not my device. Never had and issues before? The unit is still running and keeping track of info but no syncing

I had just this problem. What I did was sign out of my account, and reset my phone after I did that I plugged in my Fitbit and held the button until it shut off and turned back on. Then I signed back into my Fitbit account and it synced! And all of my steps were on the dashboard from that day.

thank you for the advice. still states tracker not found. Ugh!

The fitbit restart procedure that @Bazinga423 suggested is known to not always work so it's worth trying it again a few more times
