My onebteacker accurately registers the stairs I climb but the sync to my account registers zero stairs. It used to work fine. It has stooped sharing accurate info despite reboot of tracker, delete and reinstall of app, on/off of Bluetooth.

Any other suggestions?

Hi @Kristenc72 -- just to be clear, you are saying that the steps recorded by your One are accurately syncing to your account, but the stairs displayed on the One are not synced over?  

 

Do you have any other trackers synced to your account?

 

Is is possible that you are looking at the wrong day on the app or your computer screen?
