Not receiving low battery notifications

My One stopped sending me emails and phone notifications that the battery is low a month or two ago. I've actually had it go completely flat (out of battery charge) several times because of this. I've charged it back up, re-synced it to both my phone and my account, and confirmed that the setup on my account says that I should be getting notifications and emails.

I haven't changed my email address.

The address in my Fitbit profile is correct.

I've checked my spam folder, the messages aren't there.

I don't have a rule in my email that hides/archives/deletes the messages before I see them.

The Fitbit appears to work fine otherwise.

It's running 6.60 firmware.

My phone (Samsung GS7 Edge) has the official app and it is up-to-date. (I saw another thread that suggested I needed the "Fitbit URL App", whatever that is, but I don't see that in the Google Play Store anywhere.)

Any suggestions?
