The last sync was 10:45 last night, it didn't sync after that, even though there were another 1,000 or so steps. It shows o steps today although there are 1,500+ I shut down and turned on phone, uninstalled and reinstalled app. Not sure what to do.

I'm having the same issue. It happens only at night. And I've tried all of the solutions. I even got a new phone thinking it was my old one, but I'm still having the same issue with the Samsung Galaxy S10+.

Once I get to work everything is fine, usually around 0740. It's beyond frustrating because my Fitbit Versa won't have the right time on it and is off by 4 minutes until it finally syncs.

Same thing for me.   It will sync to my computer though.   I would get a newer model, but the watches don't accurately count steps when hiking with poles.

@Carolhwitz that is true, fitbit's algorithm does not look for the changes in arm motion that poles affect. Have you added your vote
