One won't sync with iPhone - "No Device Found"

I've tried:

 - cycling BT

 - power cycle phone (many times)

 - log out/in of the app

 - uninstall/reinstall

 - reset network settings

 

Still "No device found"

 

Fitbit app not listed in the "location services" on the iPhone.  

 

Any help would be appreciated

Mine is the same way! I will not buy a  new one because I love this one.

I'm having the same thing happen. I don't see my steps at all It was fine over the weekend. I'm annoyed that Fitbit is slowly killing the One. It's incredibly accurate. I hope Fitbit will continue to support the one and that this issue isn't a way for them to tell us that they are not.
