I have my One attached to my iphone 5s. There was an update this week and ever since it has been syncing inconsistently. Now my steps have disappeared on the dashboard of my iphone. Is anyone else having this problem?
YES, YES.....YES!!!! I've had to restart my fitbit at least once a day since the update. It took some time this morning to restart it and now, after a 5K walk, it's not syncing again!! Enough already! However, not enough of us are complaining. I called the support line but it was NO support at all. He instructed me on how to restart my fitbit. DUH! I'm a techy! I know how to restart it. I got so frustrated that I left a lousy review on the app on my iPhone. I wasn't the only one with this problem. I wonder how long it's going to take them to resolve this. If only we could go back to the app BEFORE the last update.
A perfect example of syncing issues. Here are two screenshots of my iphone. The one with the higher step count was taken at 5:29pm before the one with the low step count which was taken at 5:45pm! It has been going from one count to the other for the last hour at which time I came home from my walk. The fitbit website dashboard is stuck at 3:25, just before I headed out for my walk and no matter how many times I try to refresh the webpage, it's still stuck at 3:25 unsynced. I already restarted my fitbit once today and will NOT do it again. This is ridiculous and Fitbit is offering NO help for this glitch.Screenshot @ 5:29pm
