Not syncing to weight watchers

My one has not synced to weight watchers since April 23. I've talked to both Fitbit and ww. Neither one can tell me why. Is anyone else having trouble syncing Fitbit activity to ww's? App and website won't work.

Have you tried by any chance to revoke the access between Fitbit and WeightWatchers?

 

If you haven't done so, go to your online dashboard, click on the gear icon at the top right corner and go to "Settings". Here in the left column, look for "Applications" and here the integration with WeightWatchers should show. Click where it says "Revoke Access" as you can see below and then try to link your Fitbit account again from WeightWatchers site.

I just tried that. After trying to connect in Weight watchers, the app doesn't show in fitbit applications. I'll just wait it out and see if they ever work together again for me. At my next WW meetings I'll ask if others are having the same problem.
