Not syncing

Hi! Yesterday my last sync was at 1.02am. I can't get my fitbit one to sync. I fully charged it last night,tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apps, nothoinothoin. Then this morning the battery had died completely. I charged it again and now its showing wrong time and still won't sync. I don't know how to reset it,if I hold the button down it just sets off the sleep setting. Can anyone help please? Getting frustrated now 😞

To reset the fitbit, put it on the charger and hold the button down 10 - 12 seconds.  Is that what you are doing?  You may have to do it more than once.  How old is yours?  Mine is going on 3 years and I am having trouble with it sycing to.  I have had to do this 3 times in the last 2 weeks.
