Not syncing

for the 3rd time in 2 weeks my 3 yes old One has stopped syncing and can't be found by the app. One time I had to get help from support and last time I rebooted twice. What's going on?  Is it just wearing out?  Planned obsolecense?

It could be wearing out. 3 years is a good run on it. Mine is 3 years old but Im ot having problems yet. But I expect I will at some point

 

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
