I've tried all of the suggestions but nothing is working. I cannot sync my tracker with my phone. I am considering a motive ring, anyone have any experience ? I'm not interested in a watch or watch like device.

My One is not syncing either. I get a message:

No Internet connection found. Please check your network connection.

 

Clearly wrong since I am writing this!!!! Anyone else had this issue?

I had trouble syncing to my computer and discovered that I have to turn my bluetooth off and then on again each time I go to sync.  I still have to move the One around to wait for the connection but it eventually works every time now.
