One Not Syncing

My Fitbit one won’t sync to my app. I haven’t been able to get it to sync in a week, I’ve tried everything. I’m very upset! I’m losing all my steps!

Have you tried a restart?

Do it at least 3 times.

Just wanted to jump in to make sure you have tried all of the syncing troubleshooting steps shown on this helpful article. Try them in the order given for best results.

 

Also, please try @WendyB suggestion above.
