One Not Syncing

I live in Europe, so forgive me my English.

My one disconnected itself from our wifi, I think, last night.

So I can not connect him with the app anymore because the app doesn't find the one anymore.

I tried restarting the one but no result.

I tried it by connecting him by usb on the laptop but he doesn't find the one also.

Is there a way by shutting him all down or go to standard setting en restart it all over again?

Can anyone please help me?

The One does not connect to wifi, it connects to your phone which may be using wifi or cell data to sync.

 

You can try restarting it: restart

The app alwasys says: We found your One! And it won't sync with the app. I
always get the message: Not working? Try again.

@PLan Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to report the situation you are experiencing with your Fitbit One not syncing anymore. Thanks for trying to sync it with your computer as well and for restarting it.

 

In this case, I'd recommend trying all of the syncing troubleshooting steps listed on this helpful article. Please try the steps in the order given for best results. This has helped other users in the past.
