Last week my nearly year-old Fitbit One battery failed to hold a charge. I contacted support and through a series of emails it was determined that the battery did fail. I am receiving a replacement device, a Fitbit One. The company continues to support the One and I'm very happy for that.

Awesome news @Chris92057 and thanks for sharing that with the community.
Fitbit support is fantastic!
When you get it, be sure to set it up as a new device on an existing account and keep those steps going.

Glad that you were able to get a replacement One, just wished that FitBit would still sell it to the rest of us that would like it. 😞

@wavmom I hope you're doing well! Thanks for sharing your thought about the Fitbit One. I understand there are a lot of us who would like to get a One once again. However, there are no plans to get it back (as you already know).
However, you can vote for this Feature Suggestion which is asking for a new updated clip on tracker. The more votes, the better. You can also comment on the idea to support it.
See you around!

Received the replacement Fitbit One today. Paired up and off to the trails. Despite all the comments (and some negative because the device is discontinued), good to see a company fulfill with a replacement.
Here is hoping Fitbit releases a new device with all of the One’s features. I know this is the last One I will ever get.

@Chris92057 Thanks for your reply and for sharing all of those details and feedback.
I'm really glad to read that you received your One's replacement and that is working properly. I'm glad that customer support was able to replace yours.
Hopefully, we will see something alike in the future. We must keep voting for the suggestion I left on my post above.
Thanks again for sharing the outcome of this.

Gosh, I am please to read this. My Fit Bit has been accidentally destroyed and I love my One as I have a watch I don't want to wear a tracker on my wrist so pleased to see I maybe able to get another One. I have contacted Fit Bit so see what they come up with. But great to read this message and it is fairly current.

I discovered that my Fitbit One became missing yesterday... 😞 I have spent the day and night hoping to locate --- it seems to continue to sync periodically. No luck in finding it. I would gladly purchase a REPLACEMENT Fitbit One; but found that this wonderful devise is no longer produced. Please reconsider, and make the Fitbit One available, again - or something like it that is a "Clip On" devise.

@gsdz4me Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for taking the time to read the experience shared on this thread. I'm glad you have found it to be positive and that you have contacted customer support regarding your damaged tracker.
Please let me know the outcome of this!
@wildcat5856 It's great to see you in the Fitbit forums! Thanks for sharing the experience you have had and for sharing all of those details. It's unfortunate to read that the One got lost.
However, it is still syncing, right? This means that you can still find it. Please feel free to download any of the Bluetooth finder apps shown on this article. With this apps, you will be able to find the location of the lost One as long as it keeps battery power.
Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes!

My Fitbit one no longer holds a charge, I plug it in, it says battery is full and within 15 minutes it goes to red, empty battery! Fitbit support will not give me anew one....👎🏼👎🏼 Wish they would bring back the Fitbit one as I do not want to wear anything on my wrist!!

To me, the One is better than any other tracker. I love the way I wear it and am not interested on something I have to wear on my wrist 24/7. I have to wear a watch with a second hand for work. and wearing a smart watch where the display goes blank after 20 secs. (max on the Versa watch) isn't practical. I had a Versa watch for 9 days before it broke. Returned it for a refund. Would love another clip on type tracker. I guess when this One wears out, I'll be trackerless.

Please feel free to also vote for the above idea.
