I've had my One since December 28, 2015. Yesterday, I had problems syncing. Simple solutions didn't work. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app on my phone and tried to log back into my account. It said my e-mail was invalid so I reset up my account, using the same e-mail and password I had in December. I also had to restart my tracker. Now it syncs with my phone, but shows the account was set up yesterday and my history is gone. On my laptop, my dashboard looks completely different with none of the graphs showing up and it says no device paired. My log has my history and the account shows December 28 as the start date and of course my new info. is not syncing there. It seems I have two accounts but with the same e-mail and password? How do I get back to where I was??? Thank you for any help!
