Do you mean the module that shows "avg. hrs with 250+ steps"? The only way to get that on your dashboard is to connect a Fitbit that supports the feature to your account. I added a Flex2 to my account just in order to get that module. The Flex's battery isn't charged, and I'm not using it, but as long as it is connected to the account, I can use the 250-step module.
I think it is very silly of Fitbit not to allow One users to access that. Given that we see the module on our weekly reports, not letting us see it in our apps and choose the hours we want to include doesn't make any sense at all.
