GPS Tracking not Saving Map

When I go for a walk using GPS my ONE It no longer shows me the map with distance and where I've walked etc has anyone had this problem and know what to do to fix this because it use to give me this information and now it doesn't

The one does not have GPS tracking but it does have distance tracking, but if you want to track the way you walk you can get another tracker or use you're phone.

Go to track exercise, track( in the top right corner), and start

My fitbit one does have GPS tracking.. and i have MANY maps showing where i walked saved.. 

Lately it has not been working though.. i push start on the tracker and it starts the timer.. but doesnt show or save the map after i finish..

Thankyou, it's really annoying because I use to see the maps and now I don't I'm not happy either

Is it possible that you carried you’re phone around during the walks?

Yes I do carry my phone with me and put my Bluetooth and mobile data on it tracks my walk but all the data disappears when I push finish.
 It never use to do this I don't see the map anymore with all the data of where I've walked etc....

I have just got the mapmywalk app... i give up trying to get maps back on my fitbit

@Shellbell75 @cozyin2win Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for reporting this. I made some research and found a thread that is compiling these reports; for Android users. Please, check this post and answer the questions there. That should help Fitbit to get a closer insight on this matter.
