One and Weight Watchers

Hello-

 

I have relinked my One to the Weight Watchers app, but it is not updating to Weight Watchers. I have had the two linked in the past. I notice on the Fitbit website, WW doesn't have access to the Fitbit data. They are only linked through the WW app. How do I give access to WW through the Fitbit website?

 

ETA: I am selecting Fitbit at the WW website, however, I am not being taken to the Fitbit website to grant access like I have been in the past. I have logged out of all websites, apps, and logged back in to see if that fixes the problem, and it doesn't.

You need to contact WW Support its on their end not Fitbits
