Update 2.4.1.1 installed. My One battery still draining within 1 1/2 to 2 days. It is a newer unit. Less than a month since I bought it. My old One unit lasted 4 years and would keep a charge for 8-10 days. All day sync is off. Using iOS app. Suggestions??

There was a 26 page thread on this that the Fitbit Community police elected to delete, probably because of all the negative comments and the fact that TWO months after the issue was detected, they still had no fix. It's a disservice to those that have purchased the One or are in the process of purchasing one only to find out the battery lasts 1 day instead of ten. The customer service reps do not acknowledge the issue and instead, pushed sales of other products. Deceptive practices which I would imagine as a public traded company, someone (shareholders. Board of Directors, State AG) would be interested in. Solution: post to social media. The company needs a major overhaul in best practices.

@krmeier92 Thanks for your report. Unfortunately, we have received notification that there are issues with battery draining on 2.41.1 again and are currently investigating. I created this thread and will update when I hear more.
@mdibuono We have not deleted any threads. Though One is discontinued, we continue to support One software, including resolving issues that may result from app updates. I'm sorry you may have had a negative experience with a customer support representative but by no means was the intent to be deceptive.
