Although my One has trouble syncing and getting hooked up, I was really having trouble with putting anything on it. When I do turn it on all I see I FITBIT 64 and then full battery. Could anyone tell me how to fix this?

It does not sound like its setup

,but it was the battery that had given out when I got it .
