My One has been overcounting floors during the last week,usually do 12-15 a day and its been counting up to 48!! did 6 one morning and it showed 27....it even gave me 2 when i was sitting reading.Any ideas?

My One also does that periodically, and a restart has always solved the problem. Thus, if you haven't restarted your One, give that a try. You'll find the instructions for restarting here.

Hi Janel,Thanks for the constructive reply.Have had the One for four
years,in Finland,+28 to -28C,Shetland, where pressure varies wildly in an
hour and North of Scotland where wind speeds can change very quickly and
this is the first year it has gone strange! Forums were pretty useless-"its
atmospherics","its just a number" etc etc....so its good to find someone
helpful!!
