One has stopped pairing

Hello there

I've recently had this problem with my phone not pairing with my device, it has been paired for over 3 years, with a few different phones...this model is no different and indeed was paired for months but all of a sudden it's stopped.  I've uninstalled my app, rebooted and followed all the info as per previous posts which were some while ago so I thought I'd ask if anyone had experienced this recently.  I'm absolutely gutted that it won't work as I'm training for the 2018 Iceland Walk The Walk, so my steps and timings are pretty crucial.....please, if anyone out there can help I'd be so grateful!

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
