I have an iPhone 8. I did the iOS 13.3 update last night, 12-10-19. I deleted and reloaded the Fitbit App. Charged and turned my Fitbit off and on. Fitbit still couldn’t locate the One. But In the App I went to the ADD A NEW FITBIT option. Scrolled down to One. It prompted me for a 4 digit code that appeared on the Fitbit One screen. Bingo!!! I’m back in business! It also syncs with my WW App!! I’m so happy. I love the clip on One, as I don’t like wearing a watch. Ho! Ho! Ho! 🎅

Just followed your advice and my One is ALIVE!! again...but barely. It syncs but will only record steps, and will no longer toggle through the other metrics. Is this consistent with others' experience? Steps are better than nothing at all - I guess. Thanks for your post.

Hi, Elaine,
Good suggestion, but the Fitbit customer service is manned by Misfits! Your experience has been more helpful by far. I think mine is about eight years old. Im happy to just have the steps.
Happy Holidays
