One is dead

One died after being fully charged.  Will not reset and will not discover when trying to add again!  Is now useless.

One is dead and the only link you provided doesn't work!

Could the links issue be with different countries? The contact link works for me but the warranty link gives me a 404 error (not found).

 

The link I use for warranty is www.fitbit.com/returns

 

Anyway, Wendy was just trying to help so there's no need to be so negative. If you have tried resetting (restarting) your One without success then contacting customer support is the best thing to do.
