I just went this nad I deleted it off my app to start over, but that was a disaster because I cannot get it back on the app. They are actually sending me a new one because I'm still under warranty..You can look at all my posts and responses, maybe some of the advice I got can help you. But, definitely email support.

@Pugsy It's great to see you in the Community! So sorry to hear that your app doesn't show your steps, calories and other stats.If you haven't done so, I recommend restarting your tracker as advised in Marre's post. If this doesn't do the trick, my best advice is to contact our Customer Support team as @Shannyk327 suggested.
