One losing charge

Fitbit One is 3 years old. It went from needing a charge every 2 weeks to needing it every 3 days and now seems confused about its charge and dies after a day. When i plug it into laptop, it thinks it is charged and this is verified on dashboard.
I have checked to see it is updated. I have restarted it.

That doesn't sound good. The One can last more than 3 years (mine is getting close to 4) but some do reach end of life sooner rather than later.

There's not really a lot you can do. The only real tool we have is the restart process and although you have tried this it might be worth trying again a few more times as it's known to not always work.

If it's confused about power levels it might also be worth letting it drain completely and then charging it fully.

After a while, while using the battery a lot it might lower the battery completely. So after 3 years, this is normal. I suggest that you get a new Fitbit, and sell this one on eBay to make back the money
