I upgraded my iPhone X to iOS 13 last night and ever since, I cannot get my One to sync anymore. I tried restarting both the phone and the One to no avail. Has anyone else encountered this? Any suggestions?

Oh and I found Settings -> Privacy -> Bluetooth where it lists bluetooth access. Under there the Fitbit app is enabled but still no joy. It simply will not connect.

Mine synced first thing this morning, but not anymore. I tried logging out of my account, then logging back in, but that didn’t work. Maybe we should try deleting the app then reloading it.

Good suggestion. I just deleted and reinstalled the app and still no joy.

Ok, I’ve got my One syncing again but not fully sure how. Here’s what I did in case it helps anyone else:
Go to Settings -> Privacy -> Bluetooth and make sure FitBit is enabled.
Delete the FitBit app.
Reboot the One.
Reinstall the FitBit app.
Reboot the One again and try to sync.
I really don’t know if that’s a fix but it’s what I did and I can sync again. I really hope it helps others out there with this problem.

I have also been unable to sync my One since the iOS 13 update. It is not recognizing Bluetooth. I’ve reinstalled the app and restarted my device. Nothing is working.
