Fit One not syncing, last sync was 8/3/17, had an update 2 days later and I've trying everything and it won't sync to my phone. Are the glitches still being worked on?

Was one of the things you tried a restart of your fitbit using this procedure?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.

@Jmei Welcome to the Fitbit family! Are you still experiencing this problem?
Did the update for the Fitbit app was successful? You need to have version 2.55 installed to prevent any errors.
Also, I recommend trying these syncing troubleshooting steps for Android devices. That should definitely help you out as well.
