Tracking hikes in kilometers

I turn on the tracker when I go hiking but it only gives my distance in miles.  Does anyone know if it is possible to change it to kilometers_

Go to a PC and log into fitbit.com

now go to your profile at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

scroll down to units and change (with the down arrow) from feet/inches to centimeters

Remember to hit submit button at the bottom of the page
