My husband and I have been using the FitBit One for several years now, without issue. We have loved them. He has replaced his a year or so ago, mine was older so when it stopped holding a charge I decided to replace it. Sadly, the new One doesn't hold a charge any better than my older one. My husband (and actually several friends who also use the FitBit One) have also begun having the same problem. We are lucky if we get 4 days from a charge. Has something changed that has caused this issue??? It simply isn't possible that SO MANY people can be having the same problem in the same time frame.

I’m having the same issue! I reported it to Support & they just said to turn off All Day syncing & reset it. This didn’t help!
