My one is dying quickly. I charged it less than 24 hours ago and it is completely drained. What is going on with this?

Hi
Fitbit's working on a fix, from dear @KateFitbit in this thread
'I've been notified that there are reports of One battery draining quickly on iOS version 2.41.1 and our team is currently investigating. If you are experiencing this, we recommend disabling all-day-sync for now. I'll update this post once I hear more. Thanks as always for your patience and understanding.

Hope it helps

@SunsetRunner this is for the iOS version 2.41.1. I am using Android and am still having the same issue of the battery draining quickly.
I have had my One for 2.5 years and I haven't changed the way I use it or charge it. I used to get 7 or more days from a charge, wearing it non-stop. Now I get a few days if I'm lucky.
What's worse is that they've discontinued the One so we really have no options to replace our device.

I have an Android also and after the recent update my 6 month old Fitbit One is doing the same thing.

If you haven't tried restarting your One, that might help. Mine went from dying in less than one day to lasting about five after a restart--not as good as the ten or so it was originally, but certainly an improvement. To restart, plug the One into the charger and hold down the button for 15-20 seconds.
