One not syncing exactly when version iOS 2.52 downloaded. The One is working fine but the new versi

An automatic update yesterday June 11th was exactly the time my One shows it was last able to synchronize.  Please don’t tell me to get rid of my One.  The Flex 2 which I wear at night attached to my shirt tracks the sleeping better than the One which only occasionally tracks.  This gives me time to charge each while I wear the other.  The Flex 2 doesn’t track stairs.  And I don’t need a watch!!!! I can’t wear one at work doing sterile procedures and I wouldn’t wear it since I have nice watches. Please Fitbit support.... HELP!

Have you tried a restart? That normally fixes all problems

 

 Restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Thank you for your help. I have had the One for many years and have done
resets to fix problems. It wasn't working this time but eventually it did.
But it didn't carry over the steps so I had to add them. I appreciate your
advice but this time it was a bit more challenging. Just want the support
team to know it messed up my One!
