One not syncing with phone

I cannot get my one to sync with my phone. I have tried everything suggested online with no luck. Battery is charged, turned phone off and back on yet it will not sync. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you able to sync on a computer..?

 

Does the issue occur when using wifi or mobile internet? (costs can apply when not having a mobile data plan).

 

Which phone do you have? (iOS, Android, Windows?)

iOS for my phone. I have only used a mobile device for syncing. Not a computer.
