Had my Fitbit one for a while and been able to solve issues in the past but not managing this time. It was not syncing so I did the usual ie plugging in charger and holding down button etc. Steps are now showing on my Fitbit but not on my Fitbit a/c daily stats. I am just back from a break away and all my steps from that have been logged onto my Fitbit a/c. I came home on Monday and nothing has logged since then onto the Fitbit dashboard and nothing from today is showing up. Can anyone advise please?
Seems to be ok now. I did some troubleshooting. I used my tablet when we were away and Bluetooth was switched off. It may have been something to do with that. Thank goodness it is syncing now.
