I used my Fitbit one for a couple of years and kind of forgot about it. Recently tried to get it started again. Plugged it into my computer with the charger and it syncs to the computer. Updated the firmware and it says battery is full. But when I unplug it nothing happens. It won't turn on, won't reset, and computer can't locate it. Any suggestions?

Batteries can deteriorate when in storage. I suspect your battery, and therefore your One, is dead.
