One shutting down

My one has crashed three times over the past month. It will shut down and I have to p,up it in to the charging cable then hold the button down for it to come back on. The battery level is always 1/2-3/4 full when it happens. I tried to reset it but that did not help. I am concerned that I am losing data when this happens. Any suggestions? Heather

My One has started doing the same thing tonight, about 30 minutes ago. When I plug it into its charger and press its button for a second, it comes on, displays the FITBIT 6.60 screen, and then shows that its charging (not that it needed charging since the battery is over 3/4 full). When I remove it from the charger it acts like normal. A few seconds later I had to perform the whole process over. After the third time it seems to be acting like normal and hasn't locked out again. I wonder if this is a sign of imminent failure. My One is well over a year old, getting close to two years.

Hi @vcurams. I would suggest restarting your Fitbit One again, using these instructions How do I restart my tracker; but make sure to hold the button a little longer, 15-20 seconds if need be, until you get to see "Fitbit 6.60" on your One's display. If, following a successful restart, you're One keeps crashing sporadically, then I would suggest getting in touch with Customer Support and see what else they can do. Let us know how it goes.

@tashley235 - I wouldn't worry about it for now. It sounds like you've already successfully restarted your One. If you see that this happens again, then please get in touch with Support, using the above link. Keep us posted.
