My fitbit One stopped tracking my steps today and Ive now lost 5 hours of steps 😞 The battery was not dead. Not sure what I should do. Do they get old and wear out? Ive had it for almost 3 years. Please help

Try resting your One using this procedure:

It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. Give it a few tries though as it doesn't always work.

I noticed @SteveH provided you with a great suggestion. I'd like to add that you can also manually log an activity so you don't lose the steps you did by following the steps provided in this thread.

thanks for trying to help. ive reset my fitbit one a few times. some days it tracks well most it does not. today it only logged 193 steps. I average 12-15 miles a day. its very sad because i love my fitbit one its just not liking me. im lost without it.
