It's nice to see our Community is growing @chubbylinx! Welcome! Man HappyFirst, try restarting your tracker by following the steps @13Odyssey provided here and then make sure to follow the steps I provided in this thread.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome! Man Happy

This has nothing to do with the tracker itself, it is a problem with the app. I also see this on my phone. The android app syncs perfectly with the tracker, but after the sync is finished it will not update the stats on the screen. It will still show the stats that were available before the sync.

After sync you have to close the app and open it again, then it will show the updated stats.

It's nice to see you around more often @HsdMan HappyMmmhhh this is really weird...I'd like to know if you have updated your Fitbit App to the latest version as well as the firmware on your tracker.

Keep me posted! Man Happy

Replying to Hsd: Yes! This is exactly what I have been experiencing, too. I thought it was only me. VERY frustrating!

I checked and my app is up-to-date.

(Using it on Galaxy 6S, btw)

Is there any fix?

Yes, I have the latest version of the app and the latest firmware. The app shows the same behaviour on different phones and tablets.

It is not a new problem, It has been this way for more than a year, I think after the redesign of the app-interface.

The solution is simple, the app should refresh the displayed info after it finishes syncing the tracker.
