One with Blinking display and now a timer active when none set

Today i noticed that display icons are blinking. The count numbers don't, just the pictures of the steps or the flame for calories burned. I also now have a timer that I didn't start and can't stop. It is up to 14 hours and 20 mins. What can I do to stop it?

Did you try holding down the button on the One? That will stop the timer.
