About 3 weeks ago, I started having charging and syncing problems with my ONE. I looked in the Community Forum and quickly realized I was not alone. My experience with the Forum is that a Moderator usually acknowledges your problem quickly and helps diagnose and get a solution working. This has NOT been the case this time which has led to rumors (true or false??) that the ONE is being discontinued. In fact, FitBit has been suspiciously quiet with no replies at all.
1. I ( and many others) have a problem with your product working properly. Can you at least acknowledge the problem and let us know what is being done to fix it.
2. I prefer a clip on product that I can wear discreetly. The ZIP is a poor product with battery problems. I replaced 6+ ZIPS with my ONE. I do not like the looks or the weight of a watch or wrist type product. I already wear a watch and don't need something else on my wrist. Again, I have seen posts from many other who do not want to give up their ONE and will not replace it with one of your newer wrist-type products
Are you listening? A large chunk of your customers are asking for a solution and your newer products are not answering. We want you to continue making and supporting the ONE.
3. A little communication goes a long way. Rumors take on a life form of their own when no one steps up and speaks with some authority on your marketing plans for the ONE and how you are dealing with the current problems.
Meanwhile, my problems do not seem to be related to any software upgrade. I do not use my ONE with an iphone ( or any phone). It syncs fine with my ipad. It was not syncing well with my DELL laptop. I did see a suggestion to turn off all day sync and that seems to have helped the battery problem. Now, instead of having to charge every day or so, I got 4+ days out of a charge but that is still significantly less than normal.

I am also having you issues, and mine started when I set up on a new computer.

About a week ago my One
started turning off. The battery is charged. The time on it isn't correct either. This is so disappointing. I do not want to wear anything on my arm. The zip and one are both so easy. Thankfully I still have my zip. I've lost several competitions because on One turned off. Such a bummer.
